Property sales and wealth management
A master’s degree in real-estate asset management from Panthéon-Sorbonne, then work as a wealth management adviser specialising in taxation and planning law: David came to property through figures and law before coming to it through bricks and mortar.
Fifteen years later he knows the Côte d’Azur street by street — from Mont Boron to the Carré d’Or, from the Port to Cap de Nice — without ever cutting his ties with Paris. It is from that dual base that terrazzo.immo was born, founded in 2021 alongside Déborah.
His conviction fits into a single sentence: a property is never an isolated object. It is an estate, a tax position, a holding horizon, and rarely a decision taken alone. Hence his two roles: before talking about price, understand the project.
“Our mission: to surpass what you expect of us.”

Parisian by origin, Déborah never imagined that the Côte d’Azur would become the place where her working life would flourish. In founding terrazzo.immo in Nice with her husband, she set out to create more than an estate agency: a place where people, trust and closeness come before the transaction.
Self-taught, she found in property a genuine vocation, and with it the values she holds dearest: listening, sincerity, respect and commitment.
Because a property project is never a simple transaction but an important step in a life, she pays particular attention to every person she guides: building a relationship of trust, advising with care, and defending her clients’ interests with exacting standards.
“The finest successes grow, above all, out of fine relationships.”

Born in Nice, Matthieu went all the way round before coming back. A Master 2 in finance and wealth management at the Sorbonne, then estate planning at the CFM in Monaco. In 2008 he created an observatory of the Riviera luxury property market: the first time he put figures to a market he knew by instinct.
Thirteen years at Bloomberg in London followed, heading the French and then the Swiss markets. Back in Nice, he founded a concierge company and a property trading business.
What always brings him back to property is the ground itself. He knows Cap Ferrat, Cap d’Antibes and Mont Boron street by street, and he has bought, renovated and sold on his own account: the experience of an investor as much as that of an adviser. From international finance he has kept rigorous analysis; from entrepreneurship, a sense of calculated risk.
“My lifelong passion: Riviera property, lived from the inside.”

Jocelyne spent fifteen years opening up markets. As an area manager for major international houses — fragrance, fashion, retail — she launched brands and stores in Africa, the Emirates and Europe, running teams spread across several countries.
Negotiating with a counterpart in Dubai, presenting a collection in Abidjan, holding a network together from France: she learned to work where the codes change from one person to the next.
That profession resembles premium property more than one might think: demanding clients, decisions rarely taken at a first meeting, and trust that is built over time. She brings the agency her network and her languages — French, English and some German — to guide clients who often arrive from far away.
“Rare international expertise, at the service of your property project.”

Sandrine comes from private banking, a world where nothing is sold before trust has been earned. She has kept from it a way of working made of frankness, discretion and patience.
Listening before advising, defending her client’s interests rigorously, never promising what cannot be delivered: that demanding view of the relationship did not change when she changed profession, it simply moved.
Now working in high-end property, she treats every file as a unique case. Behind a transaction there is always a decision that involves more than a budget: a move, an inheritance, a fresh start. Her work begins where the specification sheet ends — in the conversation.
“Beyond a transaction, I guide decisions that shape a life.”

Matteo is the youngest of the team, and the only one to have trained for the profession from the very start: a vocational degree in property professions — asset management and development at Université Côte d’Azur, in Sophia Antipolis. He is continuing with a Master’s at the IPAG business school on a work-study basis: one week at school, three weeks at the agency.
A native of Nice, he knows the city the way you know your own neighbourhood: the streets that sell, the ones on the rise, the ones people talk about.
At the agency he runs the digital presence — social media, content, and the online presentation of every property. A generation for whom the first viewing happens on a screen, and which knows what that demands of a photograph and a listing.
“A new generation, trained on the ground alongside the whole team.”
