We are not simply looking for a property: we are preparing a project — wealth-management advice, a financial and strategic reading of your plans, sometimes a full business plan, so that your mortgage application starts on the strongest possible footing.
What follows unfolds in three chapters: welcoming you and preparing your project, searching and viewing, then securing the offer through to signature.
Welcoming you and preparing your project
The first meeting. At the agency bar or in one of our lounges, on quai Papacino. We listen to your story, your constraints, your wishes and the one thing you will not compromise on.
The strategy. We advise you on wealth management, from both a financial and a strategic angle. When the project calls for it, we build a business plan together so that your mortgage application starts on the strongest footing.
The ground rules. Our fees are published before the first viewing and repeated property by property on every listing: you know how much they are and who pays them.
Selection and viewings
Structuring your search. Your criteria are formalised and digitised in Apimo and on the MLS. We continuously match them against the properties currently for sale, ours and those of our fellow agents, so that your intention meets what is genuinely available.
Viewing. In town and up on the hills, and wherever your project takes us: from Cannes to Menton, sometimes as far as Saint-Tropez. We accompany you at every viewing.
Understanding. We send you the full documentation on the property and the building, pre-analysed by us, together with a Cityscan location report: surroundings, noise, transport, shops, schools and risks. You decide with exactly the same information we have.
From the offer to the final deed
Before the offer. We hand you the record of sales actually signed in the area over the last twenty-four months, so you set your price on facts.
The offer. Your intention to buy is formalised and signed electronically through Modelo Legal: legally informed, secure and passed on without delay, yet never rushed.
Through to signature. Preliminary sale agreement, at the agency or at the notary, then the final deed: we are there at every stage. And after the sale, the same commitment to supporting you.
