What data we collect and why

We only collect the information required for the purpose pursued, and only the information you provide to us voluntarily.

Contact form. Your first name and surname, your e-mail address, the subject and the content of your message. Purpose: answering your request and following up on our relationship.

Call-back form on property listings. Your first name and surname, your e-mail address, your telephone number and the reference of the property concerned. Purpose: to call you back about the property concerned and arrange a viewing, at your request. We will only contact you by phone to suggest other comparable properties, a valuation or our services if you have expressly consented to this. Consent to telephone marketing is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

Valuation request. The contact details you provide as well as the characteristics of the property to be valued (address, surface area, type of property). Purpose: carrying out the valuation and sending you our proposal.

Unsolicited job application. Your contact details and information about your professional background. Purpose: reviewing your application.

Browsing the website. Technical traffic data (pages viewed, time spent, type of device, source), collected only if you accept audience measurement cookies. Purpose: understanding how the site is used and improving it.

We do not collect any sensitive data and we carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling.

On what legal basis

The processing linked to your contact, call-back and valuation requests is based on your consent and, where a contractual relationship begins, on the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract. The processing of job applications is based on your consent. Audience measurement is based on your consent, collected through the cookie management banner. The retention of certain documents stems from legal obligations specific to the activity of an estate agent.

How long we keep your data

Contact, call-back or valuation request with no follow-up: three years from our last exchange with you.
Client or seller under mandate: the duration of the contractual relationship, then five years, without prejudice to the retention periods imposed by the regulations applicable to property transactions and to anti-money laundering.
Unsuccessful job application: two years from the last contact.
Audience measurement cookies: thirteen months maximum, the associated data not being kept beyond twenty-five months.

Who has access to your data

Your data is intended for the agency staff in charge of your file. It may be passed on, strictly as necessary, to the following providers, which act as processors and are bound by the same confidentiality requirement:

Apimo, publisher of our property management software, which hosts client files and property listings.
MLS Côte d’Azur (MLS-Connect), the mandate-sharing network between agencies, when you entrust us with a property and agree to its distribution within the network.
o2switch, the website host, 222-224 boulevard Gustave Flaubert, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France.
Google Ireland Limited, for audience measurement and for displaying the map showing the agency location.

We neither sell nor rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

The audience measurement and mapping tools we use may involve a transfer of data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework to which Google is certified. You may refuse these tools at any time through the cookie management banner, without this affecting your browsing.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse cookies, service by service. Only the cookies strictly necessary for the site to work and for remembering your language choice are placed without your agreement. Audience measurement cookies and the Google Maps map are activated only after your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie management link in the footer, or through your browser settings.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have a right of access to your data and rights of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, as well as a right to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and give directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@terrazzo.immo or to terrazzo.immo, 10 quai Papacino, 06300 Nice, France, stating your request. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt about your identity.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at www.cnil.fr.

For any dispute of a commercial nature, you may also refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by the agency, ANM Conso, 62 rue Tiquetonne, 75002 Paris, France, contact@anm-conso.com, after having sent a written complaint that has remained unanswered for two months.
