Déborah Hassan-Ghnassia founded terrazzo.immo in Nice with her husband. She follows the hill of Cimiez, the Promenade des Anglais and the seafront of boulevard Franck Pilatte, with a constant insistence on the relationship coming before the transaction.
Déborah’s background
A Parisian by origin, Déborah did not imagine that the Côte d’Azur would become the place where she flourished professionally. In founding terrazzo.immo in Nice with her husband, she wanted to create more than an estate agency: a place where people, trust and closeness come before the transaction.
Self-taught, she discovered in property a genuine vocation, and found there the values she holds dearest: listening, sincerity, respect and commitment.
Because a property project is never a simple transaction but an important stage in a life, she gives particular attention to every person she works with: building a relationship of trust, advising with care, and defending her clients’ interests without compromise.
