Matteo’s background
Matteo is the youngest of the team, and the only one trained for the profession from the start: a professional degree in property — asset management and development at the Université Côte d’Azur, in Sophia Antipolis. He is continuing with a Master’s at IPAG, on a work-study basis: one week at the school, three weeks at the agency.
A native of Nice, he knows the city the way you know your own street: which roads sell, which are rising, which people are talking about.
At the agency he runs the digital presence — social media, content, the way each property is presented online. A generation for whom the first viewing happens on a screen, and who knows what that demands of a photograph and of a listing.
