Sole agency mandate (exclusive)
5% incl. VAT of the sale price, minimum €5,000 incl. VAT.
A firm three-month mandate, then automatically renewed. Fees are due only if the sale is completed, payable by the seller unless otherwise agreed.
Professional photography, video, publication on our social channels and on premium portals, access to the MLS Côte d’Azur network, 3D projections and follow-up through to the deed are all included in these fees.

RENTALS
Leases governed by the provisions of French Act no. 89-462 of 6 July 1989, and furnished lettings

Agency fees have been unregulated in France since 1987. The full scale is displayed at the agency and on terrazzo.immo, in accordance with the French order of 10 January 2017. Traditional and seasonal lettings are covered by a separate scale, displayed at the agency.
