We are a family-run agency based on the quayside, at 10 quai Papacino. Owners entrust us with property from the Port to Mont Boron, from the Old Town to the Carré d’Or and the Promenade des Anglais, and regularly in Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Èze and Cap d’Ail.
What we do differently comes down to three things. One agent follows you through, from the first meeting to the signing at the notary’s office. Every property goes out properly dressed: professional photography, video, 3D projections, exposure on our own channels, on the premium portals and on the MLS Côte d’Azur network — all of it included in our fees, at no extra charge. We stand by the exclusive mandate, three firm months: one agency, one message, one price.
The team speaks French, English and Italian. We advise the buyer looking for a main home or a pied-à-terre just as much as the investor rebalancing a portfolio, for sale and for rent.
