David’s background
Master’s in real-estate asset management at Panthéon-Sorbonne, then wealth-management adviser specialising in taxation and planning law: David came to property through the numbers and the law before he came to it through the buildings.
Fifteen years later, he knows the Côte d’Azur street by street — from Mont Boron to the Carré d’Or, from the port to Cap de Nice — without ever cutting the link with Paris. It is from that double footing that terrazzo.immo was born, founded in 2021 alongside Déborah.
His conviction fits in a sentence: a property is never an isolated object. It is an estate, a tax position, a holding horizon, and rarely a decision taken alone. Hence the two hats: before talking price, understand the project.
